Hello! Let me first express my gratitude for the opportunity to serve you and this association in the office president of the Georgia Internal Affairs Investigator’s Association. I am extremely honored to follow in the footsteps of former professionals who have diligently worked to provide some of the best training available to Internal Affairs Investigators throughout our great state.

This association provides state of the art training for investigators specific to our field, as well as classes that will aide with any case you may encounter. The Executive Board meets regularly to build future events across the state allowing you to receive up to date training courses at an affordable rate. While training is our main priority, we certainly hope you utilize these events as a networking opportunity to familiarize yourself with other law enforcement professionals around the state. Our membership holds a plethora of knowledge that they willingly share during and after these events.

Your Board is currently working on your Spring and Fall conferences which we hope will be of interest to you and your fellow officers. We are also working on a basic internal affairs curriculum we hope to have approved for distribution to your agencies in early spring of 2022.

The GIAIA Executive Board invites you to visit the GIAIA website often and get involved in the Association through its two annual training conferences.
